Hello everyone! Eli here, so pleased to have you. You may have gotten a sense of why I'm putting together this resource from the video above, but allow me to share a few thoughts here in writing.

One of the big reasons this project came to be is that I love shiny objects. From gardening to cars, my interests wander and my focus is free to shift from topic to topic. This is much to my delight, as I enjoy learning about this big, beautiful world. However, when it comes to business, success requires a little more focus, a little more consistency. I couldn't progress in any venture because I didn't follow through, and I lacked the resources and support I needed to succeed without significant risk. For years, it's been this way, but I have grown and things have changed. Now my ideas have solidified into Every Business Academy, one place to find all the information needed to move forward with any business and a place where people can support each other in this crazy wonderful adventure that life is and that starting a business can be.

I am an engineer by trade, so it may come as no surprise that I enjoy data. I am particularly interested in data quality. That interest is another reason this resource exists, and specifically the course on real estate. I have paid for many educational resources and programs over the years, there was good information in many of them, but it was often fractured and incomplete. The result is that I strongly desire my resources to be complete and thorough. This saves both time and money and keeps you from spending money unnecessarily or searching for information in multiple places. All the shiny objects are in one place.

A topic I feel strongly about is ethical investing and wealth building, especially when building a business. It is something I care about and hope to teach in this resource. As business people, it is our job and responsibility to serve others, not to fill our pockets at the expense of the vulnerable. This means product quality and treating our customers well should be top priorities. Hopefully, that concern comes through clearly in this resource.
